RegenX complies with applicable laws governing electronic communications, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) where applicable. We do not sell or share your phone number with unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes.

6. Purchases, Pricing & Refunds

All prices are displayed in USD. Purchases are processed securely. By completing a purchase, you authorise the charge to your nominated payment method.

  • Digital products are delivered immediately upon purchase. Due to the instant delivery of digital content, all sales are generally final.
  • 7-day refund policy: Where a 7-day guarantee is stated on the product page, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase by contacting us. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
  • Order bumps and one-time upsells are subject to the same refund terms as the primary product.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, tools, reports, frameworks, and materials provided by RegenX — including the Trigger Map methodology, Clarity Pack materials, and protocol content — are the intellectual property of RegenX. You may not copy, reproduce, resell, or distribute any RegenX content without prior written permission.

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the product for your own private use only.

RegenX products are provided "as is." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose of our products or educational content. We do not warrant that any specific health outcome will result from using our tools or protocols.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RegenX and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of RegenX products or services. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product.
